How to meet Driver
- Station pick up
Driver is waiting in front of Toyoko Inn Hotel(Close to Exit 1)
Our driver team will contact you thru whatsapp before your trip. - Hotel pick up
Driver will standby in front of your hotel parking lot(or hotel lobby) 10 minute earlier than meeting time.
How your reservation is managed.
- Once payment is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation email (or WhatsApp). If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
- The day before your tour, our driver team will send you driver information via WhatsApp. (Group message delivered to driver)
- Your driver will contact you before meeting time (WhatsApp).
Overtime Surcharge
- 5pax / 5 luggage : KRW 30,000/hour (or USD 30)
- 6pax / 6 luggage : KRW 40,000/hour (or USD 40)
- 12pax / 12 luggage : KRW 50,000/hour (or USD 50)
- 17pax / 17 luggage : KRW 50,000/hour (or USD 50)
Things to note
- If your flight/train/vessel schedule is delayed or changed, please contact us immediately
- We are not responsible if the tour is unable to operate due to the number of reservations or luggage being exceeded.
- Any emergency situations such as failure to find the meet up point, please contact us thru whatsapp.
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your driver
Luggage details

* The luggage you bring is considered as follows:
- 24~28 inch luggage = 1 passenger1ea x Baby stroller(or wheelchair) = 1 passenger
- Please take this into consideration when choosing a vehicle. If you are not sure, please contact us.
- We will not be held responsible if the booked vehicle cannot accommodate all of your luggage, as it is different from what you stated at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund
- No refunds will be given on the day the service is used.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the date of use.
- Refund requests can be made via email or chat.
